$440/month for a bedroom in modern two bedroom/one bath apt by OHSU!
My name is Migdalia Ordonez.
I am a second going on third year medical student.
I live in a two bedroom apt a couple of blocks from school.
Looking for someone to rent the second bedroom.
About the Apt:
Marquam Trail apartment located at 1129 SW Gaines Street (can google
map it if you'd like).
Two bedrooms, One bathroom, Kitchen (w/ dishwasher, washer and
dryer), living room, dining room, and Balcony!
Perks: Washer and dryer in the kitchen!, great neighbors,
convenient location, great landlord!
Room will be available July 1st. Rent is $440/month. + Utilities:
$7 for internet, $35-$45 electricity

I am a nontraditional med student. Low key, no drama. I moved from
San Francisco to start med school at OHSU.
I will be a third year student starting July.
